Beverage Range (Alcohol / Organic Compliant): Features ethanol as the main carrier, providing a clean flavour profile and easy solubility. These flavours are approved by the ACO for use in certified organic products, and ideal for beverages.

Oil Soluble Range: Uses triacetin and miglyol carriers, perfect for chocolate, popcorn, baked goods, and protein blends.

ESG Range (Concentrated): These are our concentrated flavours (2 - 10 Fold) designed to decrease carrier transfer but also reduce consumption, packaging, transport & storage! You can also use them where you would usually use powdered flavours in order to keep dosage low.

No, we have replaced traditional powder flavours with liquid concentrated flavours specifically designed for powder applications. This innovative approach offers several significant advantages:

All our codes consist of three letters and four digits:

• 1st letter: A – Australia (country of manufacture)
• 2nd letter – The carrier used: M = MPG, A = Alcohol (i.e. Ethanol), T = Triacetin (or Miglyol)
• 3rd letter – The first letter of the flavour name (e.g. C = Caramel, Coconut, Chocolate, Cream, etc.)
• 4 digits – Unique flavour identifier

Yes, we offer two distinct options for testing:

1. Sample Kits (SK): These are curated selections of our best-selling flavours tailored for current market trends.

2. Specific Samples: You can request individual 50g samples of specific flavours relevant to your project (limit of 6 samples per request).

3. Shipping: Samples follow the same lead time as our flavours – our promise is to ship within 5 business days. We use TNT within Australia and FedEx for export, both express couriers, so transit is generally overnight for non-flammable flavours. Please note we cannot ship to residential addresses.

4. Cost: Preparing and shipping samples takes real time and resources, so we ask for a small commitment in return: • Existing customers: up to 6 samples of 100g or 1 sample of 1kg are free of charge. • New companies: a $100 participation fee applies, fully deductible from your first (or next) PO – credit valid for 6 months. • A $100 freight charge may apply depending on location (remote or residential addresses) and/or the quantity of samples requested.
